Rickie Joe Hutson

Rickie Joe Hutson, age 47 of Lafayette, died at 12:10 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at Heritage Healthcare in West Lafayette, IN. Rickie was born on April 20, 1964 in Clinton, IN. He was the son of Homer and Mary Helen Virginia (Yocum) Hutson. He graduated from Seeger High School. Rickie had worked as a security guard for TRW and Wabash National. He previously lived in Warren County, IN, Alabama, and Peoria, IL prior to moving to Lafayette. He was a devoted member of the Church of the Latter Day Saints in West Lafayette. Rickie was a joy to be around and enjoyed working with the carnival. He loved bowling, singing, rummage sales and traveling. Rickie is survived by brothers and sisters, Donnie Hutson (Donna) of Veedersburg, Keithh Hutson (Marletta) of Williamsport, Brenda Kincade of Pence, and Darlene Hutson (Danny) of Lafayette. Rickie is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Sammy Hutson and Jerry Hutson, and a brother-in-law, Steve Kincade. Private graveside services will be held at a later date at West Lebanon Cemetery.
