Patricia Louise Westwood

Patricia Louise Westwood age 80 of Williamsport, IN passed away in her home at 12:06 a.m. on Thursday, November 14, 2013. Born November 4, 1933 in Ambia, IN she was the daughter of the late Luther and Lottye (Jewell) Fletcher. Her first marriage was to Lawrence Anderson and he survives. In 1960 Pat married Robert 'Bob' Westwood. She embraced the life of farm wife and mother until they retired and moved to Boswell, IN. Bob preceded her in death on May 23, 1980. In addition to farm wife and mother, in her early life Pat worked in several restaurants and owned the Boswell Café for a period of time. She also cooked the weekly meals for the Boswell Rotary Club for a number of years. In 1982 she married Jackie 'Jack' Fink and he survives. Pat has always enjoyed her children and her family and in later years became an enthusiast of genealogy spending countless hours researching her family history. She also enjoyed working in her flower garden, playing with her dogs, Bobbie and Jolena and watching and feeding community birds. Pat has three surviving children: Lawrence (Larry/Jr) Anderson, (spouse Donna), West Lafayette, IN; Richard (Rick) Anderson (spouse Cindy deceased) , Montmorenci, IN and Daniel (Dan) Fink, Williamsport, IN. She also has five surviving brothers and sisters Donna (Norman) Farris, Inman, SC; Mary (Dick, deceased) Sharpf, Kentland, IN; Charles (Elaine) Fletcher, Etna Green, IN; Jolene (Kenneth, deceased) Martin, Lafayette, IN and Faith Ann (Gene, deceased) Redding, Tipton, IN and a half brother, Genie (Kathy) Fletcher, Fremont, MI. Pat has eight grandchildren and ten great grandchildren that she loves very much, as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, Bob Westwood, Pat was preceded in death by her daughter Wanda (Jerry, also deceased) Lewellen, Independence, IN and her brother Robert (Lorraine) Fletcher, Ambia, IN. Visitation will be at Grady Funeral Home in Williamsport on Saturday, November 16, 2013 from noon until service time at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Don Williams officiating. Interment will follow at Boswell Cemetery in Boswell, IN.
