James "Jim Bob" D. Stout

James D. “Jim Bob” Stout, age 29 of Williamsport, died at 11:41 a.m. EDT on Friday, October 24, 2008 at St. Vincent Williamsport Hospital. Jim Bob was born in Danville, IL on January 1, 1979 and was the son of Harold C. Stout, Sr. and Phyllis Ann (Brewer) Stout. He attended Covington and Veedersburg Schools. He had previously lived in Covington, Attica, and Williamsport since March 2008. On May 9, 2008 he married Dawn Brown in Williamsport. She survives. Jim Bob worked in the furnace department at Harrison Steel Casting Company in Attica. He was easy going and enjoyed spending time with his nieces and nephews. He loved music and camping. Jim Bob enjoyed watching the sci-fi and history channels. He was excited about becoming a daddy in January. Surviving with his wife,are, mother-in-law, Linda “Susie” Brown of Williamsport; sister-in-law, Heather S. Brown of Williamsport; 6 Sisters, Brenda Jones of Attica, IN, Dianna Wigley (husband: Paul) of Attica, IN, Pam Davis (husband: Ron) of Evansville, IN, Vickie Sandlin (husband: Code) of Attica, IN, Lorie Martz of Crawfordsville, IN, and Carol Clinton (husband: Matthew) of Lafayette, IN, and several nieces and nephews. Jim Bob was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Harold C. Stout, Jr., brother-in-law, Jerry Jones, and father-in-law, Richard Brown. Visitation will be at Grady Funeral Home in Williamsport on Tuesday, October 28, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. EDT until service time of 2:00 p.m. EDT. Rev. John T. Adams will be officiating. Interment will be at Highland Cemetery in Williamsport, IN. Memorial contributions may be made to Dawn Stout which will be used for their unborn child.
