Clifford “Cliff” M. Dewey, III, age 76 of West Lafayette, IN and long time resident of Attica, IN, died on Friday, September 16, 2016 at IU Health in Lafayette. Cliff was born on September 1, 1940 in Lafayette, IN. He was the son of Clifford and Sophia Mae (Rawlings) Dewey, II. He lived in Lafayette before moving to Attica in 1971 where he resided until October of 2009 when re returned to the Lafayette area. He married Phyllis J. Feldt on March 20, 1970 and she preceded him in death on March 5, 2009. He then married Pamela L. (Thrush) Farrar and she survives. Cliff enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. He loved to spend time with his animals. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family. Surviving with his wife, Pamela, are children, Barbara Jean Dewey-Copsy (husband: Kevin) of West Lebanon, IN and David Dewey (fiancé: Tracie Smith) of Attica, IN; step-sons, Phillip, Mike, Carl, and Eric Farrar; siblings, Donald “Duck” D. Dewey (wife: Inez) of Lafayette, IN, Donna Bowsman (husband: Walt) of Stockwell, IN, Joanne Scott (husband: Terry) Dianna Sparger (husband: Phil), Peggy Coddington (husband: Wayne) all of Lafayette, IN, and Debra Becklehimer (husband: Dan) of Dayton, IN; granddaughter, Kourtney Dewey; and 10 step-grandchildren, including Jesse & James Farrar whom he especially enjoyed spending time with. Visitation will be at Grady Funeral Home in Williamsport on Monday, September 19, 2016 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Services will be there in the chapel on Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Jim Boudouris, Minister officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery.
