Thomas Lee Salts

Thomas Lee Salts, age 63 of West Lebanon, died at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 30, 2010 at the Woodland Manor Nursing Center in Attica, IN. Tom was born on November 17, 1946 in Danville, IL. He was the son of Thomas William and Mary E. (Cates) Salts. Tom attended the West Lebanon Christian Church. He enjoyed puzzles and movies. Surviving are, 1 brother, Terry William Salts His beloved dog, Joey Tom was preceded in death by his parents. Graveside services will be held at West Lebanon Cemetery on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. with Minister Bruce Thornsbrough officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Myotonic Dystrophy Foundation.
