Charles Joe Rogers

Charles Joe Rogers, age 65 of West Lebanon, IN passed away at 4:06 a.m. on Friday, December 23, 2022 at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital in Williamsport.

Charles was born on February 7, 1957 in Danville, IL. He was the son of Charles Clyde and Eleanor Lucille (Thompson) Rogers. Charles was a 1977 graduate pf North Vermillion High School. He was raised in the Cayuga area and had lived in West Lebanon since 1997.

Charles worked for Tru Flex in West Lebanon as a machinist until his retirement in 2018.

Charles enjoyed drinking his natty light beer.

Surviving are, girlfriend, Cheryl Bushor, who he had been with for 25 years, and her children and grandchildren whom thought of him as a father and grandfather; 2 sons, Charlie Rogers and Timothy Rogers; 2 grandchildren; 1 half-brother, George Rogers; niece, Kristy Carpenter; and nephew, Terrence Peterson.

Charles was preceded in death by his parents; 2 sisters, Anna Lamb and Gloria Wiggley; and niece, Jamie Carpenter.

Charles will be laid to rest next to his mother and sister near Eugene, IN at a later date.  Services entrusted to Grady Funeral Home.
