Dorothy M. (Bracken) Wesley

Dorothy M. (Bracken) Wesley, age 80 of Williamsport, IN passed away at 8:35 a.m. on Friday, September 16, 2022 at her residence with her loving family by her side. Dorothy was born on July 25, 1942 in Hammond, IN. She was the daughter of Gordon and Lucile (Wilson) Bracken. Dorothy attended Williamsport High School. She lived in Warren County most of her life. Dorothy married Jasper C. Wesley in Jerseyville, IL on May 4, 1959 and he survives. Dorothy worked at RMC in Attica. She enjoyed going to casinos. Dorothy especially enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and looked forward to their visits. Surviving with her husband, Jasper, are, 2 children, Bill Wesley of Williamsport, IN and Missy Smith (Doug) of Williamsport, IN; 2 sisters, Paige Samlaska (Larry) of Covington, IN and Cindi Kerst (Dave) of Williamsport, IN; Daughter-in-law, Kenja Wesley of West Lebanon, IN; 10 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents and son, Gordon “Bucky” Wesley. A graveside service will be held at Highland Cemetery on Monday, September 26, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Charles B. Anderson officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to an organization of the donor’s choice.
