Gail Lynn (Jones) Holycross

Gail Lynn (Jones) Holycross, age 59 of Attica, IN died at 4:00 p.m. CDT at Carle Hospital in Urbana, IL on Sunday, April 9, 2017. Gail was born in Williamsport, IN on August 14, 1957. She was the daughter of Lones Croft and Alberta (Johnson) Jones. She graduated from Benton Central High School in 1976 and was a resident of Warren and Fountain counties most of her life. On February 6, 1982 she married Dennis Holycross. He survives. Gail worked at RMC in Attica, IN for 10 years. She was a member of the Judyville United Methodist Church. She loved her flowers and hummingbirds. Her husband and children were her life. Surviving with her husband, Dennis, are 2 children, Stephen Ray Holycross (fiancé: Courtney Herndon) of Crawfordsville, IN and Ryan Scott Holycross (fiancé: Diann Smith) of Attica, IN; siblings, Brenda Allen (husband: Richard) of Mansfield, OH and Ronald Jones of Lafayette, IN; and 2 step-grandchildren, Hattie Davis and Dean Ryan Wilson.  Gail was preceded in death by her parents and 3 brothers, Steve Jones, Jerry Jones, and David Jones.   Visitation will be at Grady Funeral Home in Williamsport, IN on Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until service time at noon. Interment will follow at Jordan Cemetery in Pence, IN.
