Howard Deck Gee

Howard Deck Gee, age 87 of Williamsport, IN, went to be with the Lord at 8:05 a.m. on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at St. Vincent Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.   Howard was born August 13, 1931 near Marshfield, IN. He was the son of Bruce and Ida May (Murphy) Gee. He was a 1950 graduate of West Lebanon High School and a life-long Warren County resident. He married Mary Louise Black on September 17, 1954 at the Galloway Chapel. She preceded him in death on March 10, 2018.   Howard was an assistant manager at RMC in Attica for 43 years before retiring in 1993. He was a member of Wabash Valley Bible Baptist Church and Galloway Chapel for many years where he taught and previously served as Superintendent of Sunday School. He enjoyed construction and loved to work around the church. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family.   Surviving are, Children, Mark (Dayna) Gee, Michael Gee, and Bryan Gee (Katharine) , all of Warren County 1 brother, Bruce “Jake” Gee (Pat) of Covington, IN 4 grandchildren, Tina Mullins, Katelyn Gee, Heather Gee, and Joshua Gee   Howard was preceded in death by his parents; 6 sisters, Doris Inman, Rosie Simonton, Luella Beardsley, Cynthia Simonton, Eva Harden, and Ann Wesley; and 4 brothers, Gordon Gee, David Gee, Frank Gee, and Richard “Dick” Gee.   Private family services will be held with Pastor Dave Adams Officiating.
