Jacqueline Ann (Larkins) Lancaster

Jacqueline Ann (Larkins) Lancaster, age 89 of Lake Placid, FL, went to her heavenly home on November 19, 2024. 

Jacqueline was born on May 23, 1935 in Kankakee, IL. She was the daughter of William & Leona (LeFleur) Larkins. Jacqueline married Donald Noah Lancaster and he preceded her in death. 

Jackie was a homemaker who brought joy to others by crocheting gifts for them. Her greatest passion was singing for her Lord. Jackie loved playing games and spending time with her children and grandchildren. 

Surviving are:

3 children, Ronald (Denise) Lancaster of St. Anne, IL, Vanessa (Ken) Sackett of Lake Placid, FL, and Karen (Keith) Hoskins of Tilton, IL;

13 grandchildren;

30 great-grandchildren;

2 great-great grandchildren

Jacqueline was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Donald Noah Lancaster; a son, Barry Lynn Lancaster; parents, William & Leona Larkins; 2 brothers, Ronald Larkins and Darryl Larkins; and 2 sisters, Georgia Mae Larkins and Karen Youell. 

Visitation will be at Grace Community Church, 1629 King St, Tilton, IL, 61833 on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 from 10:00 a.m. CT until celebration of life service time at 11:00 a.m. CT.

Rev. Timothy Taylor, pastor of Lake Placid Church of the Nazarene in Lake Placid, Fl, where Jacqueline was a member, will be officiating the service. Interment will follow at the Danville National Cemetery.
