Judith "Judy" Claire Jackson

Judith “Judy” Claire (Sexton) Jackson, age 82, passed away at Autumn Trace, September 17, 2023 surrounded by her loving family. Judy was born on November 18, 1940 in West Lebanon, IN. She was the daughter of Chester F. and Madge Lorraine (Wilson) Sexton. Judy lived in Warren County most of her life, living briefly in Richmond, IN and Danville, IL. She attended West Lebanon High School. Judy married Jack Jackson in January 1973 in Champaign, IL and he survives. Judy worked as an administrator at the Warren County Home for many years. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Club and enjoyed playing cards. Surviving with her husband, Jack, are: 3 children, Kim Payne (Ed) of Attica, IN, Rhett Butler (Rhonda) of Danville, IL, and Mike Jackson of Attica, IN; 2 nieces, Michelle Lary of Covington, IN and Lynn Sexton of Denver, CO 7 grandchildren, Jarrod DeZarn, Jacklyn Gruber, Joanna Sichts (Cody), Jacob Payne, Kayla Butler, T.J. Jackson (Amanda), and Cory Jackson (Emily); 17 great-grandchildren Judy was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Sue Crawford; and brothers, Chester T. Sexton and Lester Sexton; and nephew, Kevin Scott Mycroft. Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Grady Funeral Home in West Lebanon. Inurnment and graveside service will immediately follow at West Lebanon Cemetery with Pastor Duane Mycroft officiating.
