Pauline Marie (Wolf) Siefke, age 79 of Williamsport, IN, passed away at 9:27 a.m. on Monday, January 3, 2022 at Williamsport Nursing & Rehabilitation surrounded by her loving family. Pauline was born on May 24, 1942 in Lafayette, IN. She was the daughter of Merle Allen and Velma “Christine” (Marks) Wolf. Pauline was a 1960 graduate of Seeger High School. She later attended operating technician school in Lafayette. Pauline lived in Williamsport for 25 years prior to moving to Alaska for 29 years. She also lived in Oregon for 6 ½ years. Pauline later returned to Warren County where she had resided since 2001. Pauline married William “Bill” Floyd Siefke on July 15, 1967 in Williamsport, IN and he preceded her in death on December 17, 2000. Pauline was a homemaker and volunteered at many places, serving wherever she was needed. Pauline was a member of the Williamsport Christian Church. She was baptized Easter Sunday in 1953. Pauline was a softball coach for 10 years for a little league in Anchorage, AK and served as the league president for 2 years. A ballfield in Anchorage was named after the Siefkes for all the volunteer work they did. Pauline and Bill did a lot of camping every year and enjoyed fishing together. They designed and built their own home which they were very proud of. Surviving are, Daughter, Michelle Davis (husband: Steve Kelp) of rural Williamsport, IN; Son, Michael W. Siefke (wife: Amy) of Piedmont, OK; Sister, Aldean Criswell (husband: Robert) of rural Attica, IN; Brother, Gene Wolf (wife: Janet) of Williamsport, IN; Grandchildren, Brandi C. Nelson (husband: Eric) of West Point, NY, Craig A. Davis of New Hudson, MI, Evan, Colin, and Jared Siefke all of Piedmont, OK; Great-grandchildren, Ethan & Emily Nelson of West Point, NY Several nieces and nephews Pauline was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and infant child. Visitation will be held at Grady Funeral Home in Williamsport on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Services will be there in the chapel on Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at West Lebanon Cemetery.
