Ralph Eldon Jumps

Ralph Eldon Jumps passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on July 19, 2023. Born in Perrysville Indiana September 13, 1939 the son of Robert Edward and Mildred Elora Jumps. Ralph leaves behind wife Castilla “Joanne” Jumps of fifty nine years, daughter Melody and special son in law Milton “Spark” Kelson of West Lebanon In, brother Ron (Sue) Jumps Terre Haute In Grandchildren Jennifer (Josh) Livingston, Beaufort SC and Jill Wilson, West Lebanon In Jason (Tammy) Kelson Ridgefarm IL Russel (Monica) Kelson Ohio Great Grandchildren Chastian (Shane) Nelson, Attica IN, Chance Howard, Attica IN, Cole Livingston Beaufort SC, Cooper Livingston Beaufort SC, Kaden (Kayla Voigt) Wilson West Lebanon IN, and Peyton Wilson West Lebanon IN. Great -Great Grandchildren Mila and Elaina Nelson Attica, In Along with his very special dog Jada “Hank” Ralph had many fond memories of growing up and working on his family farm in Perrysville Indiana. He later went onto becoming a foreman for Don Fowler Electric and a member of the Local 538 Electrical Union which led to starting his own business in Covington Indiana , Process Automation Services. In 1982 he began an operation of designing and building control panels for chemical factories. This led to many adventures traveling for business across the world and memories made. He later retired in North Ft Myers Florida starting another business venture Affordable Office Furniture. Ralph truly loved living in Florida and his many special friends from the street where they lived. He always enjoyed a good debate, spending time with his dog Hank, being with his family, and working with hands. He was never without a project that involved engineering of some form. He will be greatly missed A celebration of his life will be held Friday July 21st, 2023 at their home 3-7 pm at 103 W 2nd St West Lebanon, IN.
