Ronald "Ron" Glen Stump

Ronald “Ron” Glen Stump, age 80 of West Lebanon, IN went to be with the Lord at 4:27 a.m. on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at his residence after being in failing health the past 4 years. Ron was born on June 5, 1940 in Williamsport, IN. He was the son of Everett Glen and Mary Virginia (Sloan) Stump. He graduated from Earl Park High school in 1959. On May 28, 1960 he married Wilma Charlene Hittle in Lowell, IN. She survives. They had resided in West Lebanon the past 55 years. Ron was a bus driver for many years for MSD of Warren County. He retired from Fairfield Manufacturing in 2000. He was a member of the West Lebanon Church of the Nazarene. He liked to travel and watch Nascar races on TV. Surviving with his wife, Wilma, are, 4 children, Suzanne Miller (Terry) of Kokomo, IN, Jeffrey Stump (Donna) of Attica, IN, Everett Stump of Hedrick, IN, and Eric Stump of Brookston, IN 14 grandchildren, Kimberly Furr, Zach Dalton (Rick), Kurtis Stump, Ryan Dalton (Ashley), Holly Alexander (Kevin), Shane Stump (Cami), Morgan Stump, Bailey Chezum (Ethan), Jayme Stump, Rodney Stump, Danya Stump, Janet Stump, Brittney Miller and Ashley Miller 23 great-grandchildren Ron was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Rodney Stump, and sister, Janet Stump. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 3, 2021 from 1:00 p.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. at the West Lebanon Church Of The Nazarene, 501 S. High Street, West Lebanon, IN 47991 with Pastor Heather Handley officiating. Interment will follow at West Lebanon Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the West Lebanon Church of the Nazarene.
